    This Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) governs the terms under which products purchased from Kartitude (“we”, “us”, “our”) may be returned, replaced, or refunded. By placing an order on our website, you agree to be bound by the terms set forth below.

    1. Scope of Policy

    This Policy applies to all purchases made through our website and associated sales channels, including but not limited to prepaid and Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.


    2. Return Eligibility

    Returns shall be accepted only in the following circumstances:


    a) The product delivered is physically damaged at the time of delivery

    b) The product delivered is defective or has a manufacturing fault

    c) The product delivered is materially different from the product ordered


    All return requests must be raised within forty-eight (48) hours from the date of delivery.


    3. Conditions for Return


    For a return to be approved, the following conditions must be satisfied:


    • The product must be unused, unwashed, and unaltered

    • The product must be returned in its original condition, including tags, labels, packaging, and invoice

    • Clear images and an unboxing video evidencing the defect or damage must be provided

    • Any product showing signs of wear, washing, misuse, or damage caused after delivery shall not be eligible


    Failure to comply with the above conditions shall result in rejection of the return request.


    4. Non-Returnable Products


    The following categories of products are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable:


    • Customized, personalised, or made-to-order products, including printed apparel

    • Products purchased under sale, clearance, or promotional offers

    • Products where the issue relates solely to size, fit, or color preference

    • Products damaged due to improper use, handling, or washing

    • Pre-order products, except in cases of proven manufacturing defect


    Customers are advised to refer to the size chart and product description carefully prior to placing an order.


    5. Return Authorization & Inspection


    All returns are subject to verification and inspection by our quality control team. We reserve the right to:


    • Reject any return request that does not meet eligibility criteria

    • Request additional information or evidence prior to approval

    • Determine whether a product qualifies for replacement, refund, or store credit


    Approval of a return request does not guarantee a refund.


    6. Refund Policy


    Upon successful inspection and approval:


    • Refunds shall be processed within five (5) to seven (7) business days

    • Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment

    • For COD orders, refunds shall be made via bank transfer or UPI, subject to customer cooperation


    All shipping, handling, and COD charges are non-refundable, unless the return is attributable to our error.

    • Store credit of equivalent value


    Replacement timelines may vary depending on production and logistics.

    • Orders may be cancelled within twelve (12) hours of placement

    • Once production, processing, or shipping has commenced, cancellation shall not be permitted

    • Pre-order and made-to-order items are not eligible for cancellation


    9. Pre-Order Products


    Pre-order items are manufactured specifically upon order confirmation. Dispatch timelines are indicative and may be subject to change due to production or logistical factors. Pre-order purchases are non-cancellable and non-refundable, except where the product is found to be defective upon delivery.


    10. Limitation of Liability


    Our liability, if any, shall be limited strictly to the value of the product purchased. Under no circumstances shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.


    11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction


    This Policy shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under this Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala.

    • Custom-printed, made-to-order, and pre-order products may require additional processing time, which will be clearly mentioned on the product page


    Order processing begins only after payment verification.


    2. Shipping Coverage


    Kartitude ships across India only, subject to serviceability of the destination pin code by our courier partners.

    International shipping is currently not available.


    3. Shipping Partners


    All orders are shipped exclusively through the following courier services:

    • India Post – Speed Post

    • DTDC


    The choice of courier partner is at the sole discretion of Kartitude, based on location, serviceability, and operational requirements.


    4. Shipping Charges


    • Shipping is completely FREE on all orders

    • No shipping, handling, or packing charges will be applied at checkout


    Free shipping applies only to domestic orders within India.

    Delivery timelines are indicative estimates and may vary due to courier operations, weather conditions, public holidays, strikes, or unforeseen logistical delays.


    6. Pre-Order & Made-to-Order Products


    • Pre-order and made-to-order products are dispatched as per the timeline specified on the product page

    • Dispatch dates are approximate and subject to production and operational factors

    • Customers will be notified in case of significant delays


    Courier transit time is separate from production timelines.


    7. Order Tracking


    Once dispatched, shipment tracking details will be shared via SMS/ Email/ WhatsApp. Customers are responsible for monitoring their shipment using the provided tracking information.


    8. Delivery Attempts & Failed Deliveries


    Courier partners generally make 2–3 delivery attempts.


    If delivery fails due to:

    • Refusal to accept the shipment


    The order may be returned to us. In such cases:


    • Re-shipment may be offered at our discretion

    • No refunds will be issued for refused or unclaimed deliveries

    • If the parcel appears damaged or tampered, customers should refuse delivery

    12. Limitation of Liability


    Kartitude’s responsibility is limited to dispatching the order through India Post Speed Post or DTDC. We shall not be liable for delays occurring after the shipment has been handed over to the courier partner.
